  • Capacity: 1000 – 1500 kg/hour
  • Electric Motor Power: 2 x 30 = 60 KW
  • Machine Weight: 4000 kg – 4500 kg
  • Cutting blades are made of material No: 500. Blade thickness is over 4 cm.
  • The walls will be covered with Harddox 500 material.
  • Before painting, whole machine body will be sand blasted.
  • Two cover undercoat and one cover paint will be applied..
  • The movement of the rotors is provided by an electric motor linked with a gearbox
  • The rotors are moving independently of each other
  • The loading of the shredder can be done by grape or conveyers
  • In case of a jam between the rotors blades the machine is turning the rotors in to the opposite direction for to removes the compression
  • After the jam is solved the rotors returns to them normal direction, If Jam is continuing the machine will stops with an acoustic warning.
  • All electrical parts will be SCHNEIDER or SIEMENS Brand.
  • Machine is fully automatic with PLC control.
  • Machine is under guarantee against manufacturing defects for 2200 working hours.
